On this International Women's Day, our campaign will be dedicated to the neglected tribal women at the outskirts of Mumbai.
As you know, there is Lack of Awareness about Menstrual Hygiene.
Lack of awareness is the major reason behind menstruation still being a taboo, spoken about in hushed tones, in Indian society.
Even today many girls use unhygienic materials like cloth, newspapers etc. which increases the risk of contracting infections.
These problems needs to be addressed. Through the distribution of sanitary pads, we wish to create awareness Feminine hygiene. A workshop will be held by Dr Urmila Gupta and Dr Maya Agarwal to explain the importance of feminine hygiene. For this endeavor, we require your help and support.
For an impactful campaign, we are distributing hygiene kits to 500 women in this area.
This kit includes 1 pack of sanitary pads which contains 7 napkins, Dusting powder (For Fungal Infections), Crack Cream (To prevent their feet from the cracks due to long working hours in the water).

1 pc Crack Cream- Rs 57/-

We have been conducting distribution drives from the inception of our NGO and we aim to conduct these sort of drives every month in different areas. Your contribution for even 1 woman would be essential to bring a change in mindset of the society. We wish to help at least 500 menstruators on this women’s day by providing them with access to healthy and safe periods.
This is the true way to salute & empower our women of India. A small contribution from you will make a big change in their lives.
