Mst. Kartik Munjaji Kachole is having the above disease by birth. Diagnosed at Siddhivinayak Hospital, Parbhani under Dr. Patil. Doctor referred patient to Fortis Hospital. Doctor referred patient to KEM Hospital, Parel, Mumbai. Doctor referred patient to Fortis Hospital. Doctor advised 2DECHO. After confirmation as per doctor patient need surgical intervention. As soon as they receive the trust approval we will plan for surgery.

Mr. Munjaji Dnyanoba Kachole, is the father of the child. He is residing at Chatori, Parbhani, Mharashtra-4315136. As per his income certificate he works as a “Labour” & his annual income is Rs. 72,000/-, His wife is a homemaker. Mst. Kartik is their only child and is also our patient who is suffering from the above mentioned disease.
