Name: Baby Of Hareem Fatima (Female child)
Age: 4 Days Old

Hospital: MRR Children’s Hospital Thane.

Diagnosis: Extreme preterm (34 Days)/ Extreme Low Birth Weight (2.3 Kgs), Respiratory distress Syndrome (RDS) requiring/ Persistent Pulmonary Hypertension of the Newborn/
Previous Hospital: Transferred from Prime Criti care Hospital to Starlets Hospital on the 7th day after birth
Treatment: NICU admission, emergency surgery (exploratory laparotomy with ileostomy and colostomy), ventilatory support, multiple transfusions, antibiotics, and supportive care.

Estimated Cost: ₹3-3.5 Lakhs (for NICU stay, requiring at least 2 more weeks of NICU care)
