Family details: Mr Bhausaheb Daulat Dubhashe (Father of baby)is working as a Farmer with a minimum wage of Rs.20000. His Wife Mrs Pushpa Bhausaheb Dubhashe is a Home Maker. He is the only earning member of the family and has no arrangements for the further treatment.Due to his poor financial conditions he is unable to manage his baby Bhausaheb Daulat Dubhashe is 2 months old and his Health is very critical and He is suffering from AP Window (congenital heart defect hole in heart)He needs CT Scan followed by surgery called AP Window Repair. He has 3 Children elder daughter is 6yrs old studying and 2nd child is 4 yrs old studying in Aanganwadi Baby Dikshit is the youngest child and is also our patient who is suffering from the above mention disease.

Parents Financial Condition is not so good so he has approached us for the further treatment and the baby is require AP Window Repair without the submission of money no further treatment or the surgery would get done so it’s a humble request to donate as much as possible for the baby treatment it can help the baby towards a new life.
