FAMILY DETAILS – Mr. Suresh Honnale (Father of Baby AAYANSH) is working in a pvt company with a salary of 17k-18k.. His wife Mrs. Muktabai is a Housewife . He is the only earning member and has a family of 3-4 members . Due to his Bad Financial Condition he is Unable to manage his Baby’s Medical Treatment Expenses and Other hospital Costs as already he has spent a lot of amount and now he is exhausted with all his sources.
PATIENT DETAILS – (Baby AAYANSH) is just 1 years old baby and admitted to Holy Spirit Hospital, Mahaakali Road ,Andheri East. Baby is suffering from Chronic Kidney Disease and with Persistent Vomitting .
Peritoneal Dialysis due to non improvement in Child and Many different medications are taken orally which we called oral treatment (by mouth)
Survival chances of baby is 80% to 100%
