Family Details: Father name is Mr.Mohan Shewale he has approached to our NGO to raise the funds for his twins baby. Mr Mohan is been employed at UDS Company as A Warranty Co-ordinator with an monthly income of 20k and wife name Mrs.Shital Shewale is a housewife first they had a miscarriage due to medical condition and after few years they are blessed with the twins baby he is the only earning member in the house.

Patient Details: Baby of Shital has a Twins Baby Male child of 6 days old First Baby is Premature and in NICU Suffering from very Low birth weight and jaundice symptoms are there. Baby is admitted in Dr.Bedekar Hospital for women and children which is in Thane since 23/12/2022 and need the Dr observation and treatment for at least one month

Total cost for the Baby Treatment is 2.50 Lakhs

Second baby is also Premature and in Ventilator and in critical condition premature baby suffering from low birth weight respiratory distress (not able to breath)have symptoms of jaundice and got diagnosed with blood cloth in the brain after the test. Baby is admitted in Dr.Bedekar hospital for women and children which is in thane since 23/12/2023 and need the Dr observation and treatment for at least one month

Total Cost for the baby Treatment is 3 lakh.
