We urgently appeal for your kind support to save the life of B/O ARCHANA JADHAV NO – 02, Age – 14 Days, Male, 1.3 kg weight, was admitted in NICU at Dr Bedekar Hospital, Thane on 20/01/25. His diagnosed is EXTREME PRETERM ( 29 WEEKS)/VERY LOW BIRTH WEIGHT (1.30 Kg)/ RESPIRATORY DISTRESS SYNDROME/(INJ Surfactant given)/NEONATAL SEPSIS/NEONATAL JAUNDICE(Phototherapy given) GRADE 1 GMH. Baby will require NICU stay for 60 days and approximate Expenses will be 5 Lakh.
Treatment cost will be Rs. 5,00,000, a sum that is beyond the financial means of Baby family. His father, Mr. Shyam Rama Jadhav, is a Labour with an annual income of just Rs. 55,000, while his mother is a homemaker. Despite their best efforts, they have no savings and are unable to afford the life-saving surgery their son urgently needs. In this time of desperate need, we humbly request your support. FAMILY DETAILS – Mr. Shyam Rama Jadhav (Father of Boy) He is Labour with an annual income of rs 55,000/- .His wife is a home-maker. He is the only working person in the family for their daily livelihood to manage. As the financial condition of the family is weak managing the treatment cost of the baby is impossible to them.
