A Plea for Hope: Urgent Medical Support for Premature Twins
The birth of a child is a moment of immense joy, but for some families, it comes with unexpected challenges. On May 25th, Mrs. Mrunali welcomed two beautiful twinsâa baby girl and a baby boy. However, their journey into the world has been fraught with difficulty, as both were born prematurely and have required intensive medical care since birth. Currently admitted to Starlets Children’s Hospital & NICU in Borivali, the twins remain on oxygen support to survive. Doctors have advised that they need at least another month of specialized care to ensure their stability and growth.
The financial burden of such prolonged medical treatment is overwhelming for the twinsâ parents. Their father, employed at a travel agency, earns a modest salary of âč20,000 per month, while their mother is a homemaker. Despite their best efforts, they have exhausted their savings in an attempt to provide the necessary care for their newborns. The cost of NICU treatment, ventilator support, and ongoing medical supervision is beyond their means, leaving them in urgent need of financial assistance.
In times of crisis, humanity shines brightest through acts of kindness. These newborns deserve a chance at life, and with the generosity of donors and well-wishers, we can ensure they receive the critical care they need. Let us come together to support them, offering not just financial assistance but also hope for a brighter future.
Every donation, no matter the amount, can make a difference in securing the medical treatment that will allow these twins to grow and thrive.
