A Heartfelt Appeal to Save Two Precious Lives
Dear Kind-hearted Supporter,
We’re reaching out with a plea full of hope and urgency—for two tiny warriors who entered this world too soon.
On 2nd June 2025, Mrs. Manisha Sananse gave birth to twin baby girls at just under 32 weeks of pregnancy. Born severely premature, both babies struggled with critical breathing problems from the very first breath. Diagnosed with severe Hyaline Membrane Disease and culture-positive sepsis, they were immediately placed on mechanical ventilation and continue to fight for their lives in the NICU at NIMAI Borneo Mother & Child Care Hospital, Nashik, under the care of Dr. Kedar Malwatkar.
So far, their lungs are fragile, their bodies tiny—but their will to survive is nothing short of remarkable. The doctors have advised 5–7 more weeks of NICU care to support their breathing, begin enteral feeding, and help them gain strength.
But their family is overwhelmed. The estimated cost of ongoing treatment is ₹12,00,000 for both babies—a sum far beyond their reach.
Their father, Mr. Swapnil Suresh Sananse, is battling his own health challenges. With 45% disability due to Hemophilia, he works as a humble saree shop salesman earning ₹10,000 per month, while his wife, a devoted homemaker, stays by their babies’ side each day. Every rupee of their savings has been exhausted.
That’s where Help To Cure Foundation steps in—and humbly asks for your help.
You can be the reason these babies survive.
Your donation can fund life-saving care. It can help these parents bring their children home.
