FAMILY DETAILS – Mr. Devidas Kakad Waghmare (Father of Boy) is a Labour with an annual income of rs 31,500/- .His wife is a home-maker. They have two Children. Mst Devidas Kakad Waghmare is their younger son. He is the only working person in the family for their daily livelihood to manage. As the financial condition of the family is weak managing the treatment cost of the baby is impossible to them.

PATIENT DETAILS – Mst Yash Devidas Waghmare is 7 Year and one month Old Child is getting treatment in Fortis Hospitals at Mulund. The Boy condition is very critical as he has Congenital Heart defect called DCRV, VSD(TOF) He need surgery called DCRV, VSD Repair( ICR TOF). They have already spend their all saving for this now they don’t have any financial support.
