I hope this message finds you in good health and spirits. I am writing to request your kind support for a Christmas gift distribution initiative for underprivileged students at Alpha English School in Dharavi, Mumbai.

This year, we have received an appeal from Alpha English School (Dharavi) for Christmas gifts for 75 underprivileged students. We plan to distribute a Christmas Gift Kit to each student, which will include the following items:

•⁠ ⁠Bowling Kit (Rs 160 per unit)
•⁠ ⁠Drawing Kit (Rs 151 per unit)
•⁠ ⁠Bat & Ball (Rs 180 per unit)
•⁠ ⁠Stationery Kit (Rs 150 per unit)
•⁠ ⁠Water Bottle (Rs 60 per unit)

The total cost per student for the Christmas Gift Kit is Rs 876/-.

The breakdown of costs is as follows:
•⁠ ⁠Cost of 5 Christmas Gifts: Rs 876 * 5 = Rs 4,380/-
•⁠ ⁠Cost of 10 Christmas Gifts: Rs 876 * 10 = Rs 8,760/-
•⁠ ⁠Total Campaign Cost for 75 Christmas Gifts: Rs 65,700/-

We aim to distribute these gifts at Alpha English School in Dharavi.
We will provide you with photographs, videos, and other documentation, including the 80G & 10BE certificates and the Utilization Certificate, to ensure complete transparency.
