Baby of Shehbaaz Imam Sahab is just 5 days old. He was born extremely premature at only 24 weeks and 6 days, weighing an incredibly fragile 490 grams at birth.
Because he arrived far too early, his tiny body is struggling with multiple life-threatening medical complications and requires round-the-clock intensive care.
Clinical Overview & Diagnosis
The baby is currently admitted to the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) at Medicover Woman & Child Hospitals, Hitech City, Hyderabad, under the care of Dr. Ravinder Reddy P.

Doctors have advised that he requires at least another 70 days of intensive NICU care to survive and recover.
The estimated cost of treatment is an overwhelming ₹20,20,500, covering intensive care, medicines, investigations, and specialized hospital services.

Family Background
The baby's mother is a homemaker, and his father works as a local gym trainer with an annual income of approximately ₹1,80,000.
With a yearly household income of less than two lakhs, arranging over twenty lakhs for emergency neonatal treatment is simply impossible. The family has exhausted all available resources and is now relying on the kindness of compassionate donors.
