A Premature Birth and a Critical Medical Condition
According to the clinical summary issued by Little Fern's NICU & Pediatric Superspecialty Services, the baby was delivered through an emergency Lower Segment Caesarean Section (LSCS) due to fetal bradycardia.
At birth, she required extensive resuscitation, including:
- Bag-and-mask ventilation
- Intubation
- Chest compressions
- Adrenaline administration for perinatal depression

As per the clinical assessment, she is expected to require approximately 45 days of hospitalization for respiratory support, neurological monitoring, feeding advancement and growth optimization.
