After detailed evaluation at the MIOT Centre for Children's Cardiac Care, Chennai, doctors diagnosed Deekshika with:
- Large Perimembranous Ventricular Septal Defect (VSD)
- Severe Pulmonary Hypertension
According to Dr. Robert Coelho (MS, M.Ch), Director & Chief Paediatric Cardiac Surgeon, she urgently requires Early Surgery (VSD Closure). Without immediate treatment, the damage to her heart and lungs may become irreversible.
